HTTP Sink V2 Connector

The fully-managed HTTP Sink V2 connector for Confluent Cloud enables seamless configuration of one or more HTTP(S) APIs using an OpenAPI specification file, periodically consumes records from the Kafka topic(s), converts each record value to STRING or JSON format, and then sends it in the request body to the configured HTTP(S) APIs.
