Baffle Data Protection Services (DPS) Transform

A collection of SMTs (single message transforms) for use with Kafka Connect Connectors to tokenize/de-tokenize the records. Includes the following transformation for various connector: BaffleSMT: Generic transformation for almost all connector(io.baffle.datapipeline.kafka.transforms.BaffleSMT$Value). BaffleDebeziumSMT: Transformation for Debezium connector(io.baffle.datapipeline.kafka.transforms.BaffleDebeziumSMT$Value).
