Sarah joined Confluent in 2017 as Vice President, leading the Customer Success function across the company. Prior to Confluent, Sarah was the Vice President of Customer Success at Cloudera. She has spent the last two decades building world-class technical teams to support customers at fast growing software companies.

Stefanie Thelen joined Slalom in 2016 to launch the St. Louis office, motivated by a powerful desire to make a meaningful impact in the community she calls home. Deeply invested in the city’s history as builders and connectors, she has a vision for Slalom St. Louis as the gateway to innovation, connection and shared understanding.

Stefanie has created a collaborative, engaging, and fun environment for 280+ brilliant, growth-minded team members.
