On this page you will find Confluent’s standard customer agreements along with the documents referred to in your contract, organized by product type and subject matter. Each document below lists a date on which the document was last updated, which indicates the effective date of such document. For purchases prior to the effective date set forth in the applicable document, please see the Archive or contact legal@confluent.io.
For customers purchasing Confluent Cloud, your use is governed by these terms.
For customers purchasing Confluent Cloud directly from Confluent Europe Limited, your use is governed by these terms.
For Malaysia based customers purchasing Confluent Cloud: (1) directly from Confluent, your use is governed by these terms, or (2) through a Confluent authorized reseller based in Malaysia, this is the End User License Agreement and your use is governed by these terms.
For customers purchasing a subscription to Confluent Platform, your subscription is governed by these terms.
For customers purchasing a subscription to Confluent Platform directly from Confluent Europe Limited, your subscription is governed by these terms.
For customers downloading Confluent Platform software other than pursuant to a subscription, your use is governed by these terms.
For Malaysia based customers purchasing a subscription to Confluent Platform: (1) directly from Confluent, your subscription is governed by these terms, or (2) through a Confluent authorized reseller based in Malaysia, this is the End User License Agreement and your use is governed by these terms.
For customers purchasing Confluent Professional or Education Services, such purchase is subject to these terms, which supplement either the online Confluent Subscription Agreement referenced above or the applicable written agreement between you and Confluent.
For customers purchasing Education Services online, such purchase is governed by these terms.
For customers purchasing Professional Services Credits, such purchase is governed by the terms listed in this document
For Confluent Partners using Confluent products for partner-related purposes, your use is governed by these terms.
Confluent's Business Partner Code of Conduct outlines the standards and principles that must be followed by all third parties engaging in business with Confluent, including vendors, suppliers, registered partners, resellers, distributors, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and agents.
